Last Weekend to View WWI Exhibit at Grayslake Museum
The exhibit will close on Memorial Day.
This weekend will be the final one to check out an exhibit exploring Grayslake’s role in World War I at the Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum, 164 Hawley St.
The exhibit closes on Monday. The show shares stories of local soldiers and sailors, as well as tales from the home front. It includes a recreated trench and an audio station featuring letters from veterans.
