Lightning Strike Causes Fire at Mundelein Home
The blaze reportedly started at a home on Saturday afternoon.
A Mundelein had to find temporary housing after a lightning strike caused a blaze at the residence Saturday afternoon, the Daily Herald reports.
The fire caused $75,000 in damage to the two-story home in the 1600 block of Verde Lane, according to the article.
No one was injured and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
