Seth J. Goodwin, of the 400 block of Center Street, was last seen leaving the Fog Cutter Bar at 36021 Route 45 in Lindenhurst at about 1:30 a.m. on March 28 and was reported missing when he never arrived at his girlfriend's home in Antioch, police said.
His body was found after a bicyclist called the Lake County Sheriff's Department to report a motorcycle in the ditch on the west side of Route 45 north of Dada Drive in Lake Villa Township at about 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, according to a Lake County Sheriff's Office press release.

Deputies responded and found the motorcycle and Goodwin who was deceased, police said.
An autopsy showed alcohol intoxication contributed to the crash, according to the Daily Herald. Goodwin's body was found partially submerged in water in a culvert in an area that was extremely remote, which would have made it difficult for a motorist or passerby to notice, Lake County Sheriff's Det. Christopher Covelli told the Daily Herald.
