Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Round Lake Park
If you bought a lottery ticket at the Thornton's in Round Lake Park, you could be $200,000 richer.

ROUND LAKE PARK, IL -- If you recently bought a lottery ticket in Round Lake Park, you may want to check to see if its a winner. A Lucky Day Lotto ticket was sold at a Throntons, 598 E. Washington Street in Round Lake Park, that matched all five numbers 19-22-29-38-40 and is the winner in a mid-day drawing Tuesday. The $200,000 jackpot will go to the winner and the retailer will receive a bonus of $2,000, according to a news release from the Illinois Lottery.
The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the lottery’s five Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.
More than 8,000 players won prizes ranging from $1 to $200 in this Lucky Day Lotto drawing. Lucky Day Lotto drawings are twice a day, seven days a week.
