Hanlin, with visitation and funeral services this Saturday in Keokuk and burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton. A longtime member of Hamilton United Methodist Church and multiple civic groups, she helped shape the city’s zoning rules and was deeply involved in local schools, scouting, and clubs.
