10 year old girl shot and killed, government needs to protect us.

Solutions to prevent crime:  1.  Mandatory long prison sentences for unregistered persons packing heat, how about 20 years?  2.  Establish Stop and Frisk as a common police tactic.  Frisking is done in airports already when you walk thru body scanners.  3. Pay "snitchers" $ 500 for turning in criminals who harbor weapons.  Before you criticize, what is your best solution?  Government needs to protect us.
