2nd Sexual Abuse Claim Made Against HP Chiropractor: Prosecutor
Kevin Dutton faces allegations he sexually abused a 22-year-old woman at his Highland Park office.
Prosecutors claim a second woman has made a sexual abuse claim against Kevin Dutton, a chiropractor who did business at Your Wellness Circle in Highland Park before having his license temporarily suspended pending the outcome of a case in which he is accused of mistreating a 22-year-old Lake Forest woman.
Assistant State’s Attorney Lauren Kalcheim Rothenberg made the claim in open court Friday, the Highland Park News reports. She said a woman in her 30s contacted authorities in Lake County claiming Dutton also had inappropriate sexual contact with her during a chiropractic examination in Chicago.
Dutton is free on bond.
