$3K Ulta Heist: Highland Park Crime Blotter

The crime blotter covers incidents in Highland Park from Jan. 19-25.

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Highland Park Police Department.

THEFT

  • Residential - Jan. 20 at 4:58 p.m.
    • A resident in the 1000 block of Central Avenue told police that items were taken from their residence. The total estimated loss was unknown.
  • Residential - Jan. 22 at 4:05 p.m.
    • A resident reported to police that cash was stolen from their purse at their home in the 1000 block of Central Avenue. The total estimated loss was $1,000.
  • Retail - Jan. 23 at 5:26 p.m.
    • Employees at the Ulta at 135 Skokie Valley Rd. reported a theft incident to police that took place the day before. The reporting party told police that two men took $2,950 worth of merchandise without paying.
