CRIMINAL DAMAGE

  • Business - March 16 at 9:12 a.m.
    • Staff at the Muller Honda at 550 Skokie Valley Road reported that the gate to the dealership was damaged.

TRESPASSING

  • Property - March 25 at 6:21 a.m.
    • Police received a report of trespassing at Port Clinton Square, located at 600 Central Ave.

THEFT

  • Restaurant - March 26 at 8:52 a.m.
    • Staff at Mizragi Grill at 300 Skokie Valley Road reported that a freezer compressor was taken from outside the building on March 22.

BURGLARY

  • Vehicle - March 26 at 8:42 a.m.
    • A resident reported that an unknown person broke into their vehicle in the 2700 block of St. Johns Avenue. Nothing appeared to be taken, the resident told police.
  • Residential/Vehicle - March 26 at 2:05 p.m.
    • A resident reported that multiple suspects attempted to break into their house in the 2800 block of Lexington Lane E. through the garage, but fled. Before leaving, it is believed the suspects went inside the resident's unlocked car and took items from inside.
  • Vehicle - March 27 at 10:09 a.m.
    • A resident in the 3100 block of Lexington Lane W. reported that their vehicle was entered overnight, but nothing appeared to be taken.
