City Council Begins 2013 Budget Discussion

Our first 2013 Budget Workshop is Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. It is open to the public.

The goal of this workshop is to commence our discussion of the general budget policies that the Council will implement for the 2013 Fiscal Year.

The agenda includes the following:

Commission Liaison Updates: 7:30 - 7:45 p.m.                 

Budget Guidelines, Financial and Budgetary Policies:

• a)    Overview and Fund Balance Targets        7:45 - 8:15 p.m.
• b)    Property Tax Levy                                 8:15 - 8:30 p.m.
• c)   Contract Change Order Policy                  8:30 - 8:50 p.m

2012 Organizational Objectives: 8:50 - 9:05 p.m.
