COME EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC OF JAMMIN' IN JENS JENSEN PARK

Jammin’ In Jens Jensen Park FREE concert series in the Ravinia District in Highland Park is the thing to do Saturdays through August! From 11am until 2pm every Saturday, the park features an eclectic mix of world, folk, and jazz musicians.

Kicking off in June 2015, Jammin’ In Jens Jensen Park has hosted five successful family concerts, with names like Jimmy Keane, Pat Broaders, Dean Milano, and Fareed Haque gracing the stage. Below is the remaining schedule for the season:

July 18th

11:00am Jared Rabin playing a variety of music genres on numerous instruments.

July 25th

11:00am Jordi Kleiner & Friends combine rock, folk, Irish, blues, and string music.

August 1st

11:00am Lakeside Breeze plays a diverse range of music genres and instruments.

12:45pm Buddha Blue Band plays blues and soul music.

August 8th

11:00am Radio Free Honduras playing Latin Folk music.

12:45pm Akasha with a 70’s authentic reggae sound.

August 15th

11:00am Off The Wagon playing acoustic country and jazz.

12:45pm Don Stiernberg Trio playing mandolin jazz music.

August 22nd

11:00am Open Mic

12:45pm Neal Alger Trio playing jazz music.

August 29th

11:00am Departure playing covers of The Grateful Dead’s hit songs.
