HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Highland Park Police Department.
THEFT
- Retail - March 16 at 9:12 a.m.
- A staff member at Mizrahi Market, located at 300 Skokie Valley Road, reported that three freezer compressors were stolen. The total estimated loss is $1,500.
- Retail - March 17 at 1:28 p.m.
- Staff at the Target located at 2099 Skokie Valley Road reported a theft at the store. They told police that a woman had taken $76 worth of merchandise without paying.
- Retail - March 17 at 2:03 p.m.
- Staff at the Binny's Beverage Depot location at 153 Skokie Valley Road reported that a man had taken $39 worth of merchandise the day before.
- Package - March 18 at 11:20 a.m.
- A resident reported that a package was stolen from their porch in the 110 block of Lincoln Avenue. The total estimated loss is $42.
- Retail - March 19 at 4:39 p.m.
- Staff at the Target located at 2099 Skokie Valley Road reported a theft at the store. They told police that a woman had taken $37 worth of merchandise without paying.
- Retail - March 13 at 10:45 a.m.
- Staff at the Target located at 2099 Skokie Valley Road reported a theft at the store. They told police that a woman had taken $90 worth of merchandise without paying.

- Residence - March 20 at 12:25 p.m.
- A resident reported a strange occurrence at their home in the 1600-1700 block of Snapcourt Court. They told police that their grill and gas line had been damaged and that a dead fish had been placed on their deck.
