District 112 Hires Firm For Communications Support Regarding Reconfiguration

Contract for $72,000 with Chicago-based Jasulca Terman will help develop public information campaign, district says.

At a board meeting on July 1, the North Shore School District 112 Board of Education approved a 6-month contract with Chicago-based Jasculca Terman (JT) for $12,000 a month, to run from July to December. The contract will cover communications support services as the district moves forward with determining a model for reconfiguration.

The firm will help develop and implement a public information campaign designed to inform the community about the proposed reconfiguration options of district schools and solicit community feedback.

“JT has a long history working in public education and on outreach campaigns related to important public policy issues, and we’re confident they will be able to help us collect community feedback that the Board can use to inform its decision regarding this matter,” Director of School-Community Relations Andi Rosen told board members.
