Safe Yoga for Healthy Bones

Complimentary workshop for osteoporosis prevention and maintenance of healthy bones.  In this workshop you will learn about the guidelines and cautions of a safe yoga practice.  You will be introduced to a specially designed sequence that will help to re-align the spine, increase muscle strength and flexibility, and improve posture and alignment.  You will also learn proper body mechanics for daily living.  All students are welcome and individual attention will be given to students special health needs and/or physical limitations.
