Impact @ IBJI is offering a one-of-a-kind SPEED training camp over Spring Break! This clinic features dynamic training techniques designed to make you FASTER! We will look at your running mechanics and movement efficiency through the use of Dartfish Video Analysis to a...llow you to correct and improve your acceleration, explosiveness and top end speed! At the end of this clinic you will also receive your "Authorized" SPARQ Rating. Impact @ IBJI is an Official Licensed Provider of the Nike-SPARQ Rating and is pleased to announce special guest instructor, Jamie Heiner, Nike-SPARQ Performance Expert and founder of Impact Sports in Denver, CO. Speed is not just about how fast you can run in a straight line...it is about changing directions, lateral quickness, acceleration and deceleration.
