A complimentary workshop for anyone with a chronic or progressive illness with Allison Wilmes.  Reconnect with yourself to find wholeness in this gentle yoga workshop specifically designed for those with chronic or progressive diseases.  Whether you have multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, rheumatoid arthritis or another illness that has forced you to modify your activities, you'll enjoy the benefits of these aligned and mindful movements.  Whatever your challenges, you won't feel self-conscious about your symptoms because you'll be practicing with others dealing with similar issues.  Props are used to support and adapt all the poses so that they are safe and accessible for everyone.
