Ford Pickup Truck Stolen From Skokie Valley Road: Police

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Maribel Gonzalez, 22, Waukegan was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended after police noticed a suspicious vehicle parked occupied by the driver near Lexington Lane and Parkside Drive at 3:34 a.m. on April 29.

IDENTITY THEFT

Jose Molina-Vale, 24, Tampa, Florida, Katherine Ramirez, 22, Tampa, Florida and Jordan Roque, 21, Tampa, Florida were arrested and charged with identity theft after purchasing gift cards with stolen credit cards at a business in the 600 block of Elm Place at 3:34 a.m. on April 29.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Randy James, 22, Romeoville was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, suspended registration and speeding after being stopped by police near Park Avenue West and Skokie Valley Road at 1:34 a.m. on April 30.

WARRANT

Kelly Christian, 44, Mundelein was arrested and charged with resisting a police officer, no valid drivers license and was also found to have an outstanding warrant from Lake County Sheriff after police responded to a report of a disruptive subject at a business in the 2500 block of Skokie Valley Road at 12:02 p.m. on April 30.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Brian Gardner, 32, Mundelein was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and was also found to have an outstanding warrant. Gardner was also charged with being a fugitive from justice at 11:07 p.m. on May 1.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Plaz H. Murdock, 45, North Chicago was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding after being stopped by police in the 100 block of Edens Expressway at 2:36 a.m. on May 3.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Andres Carillo, 29, of the 800 block of Deerfield Road, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, following too closely, improper use of horn, driving while license suspended and illegal transportation of alcohol after being stopped by police in the 800 block of Central Avenue at 3:24 a.m. on May 3.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Alejandro Vargas, 34, North Chicago was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control device after being stopped by police at Lake Cook Road and Edens Expressway at 11:25 a.m. on May 3.

STOLEN VEHICLE

Sometime after 1:50 a.m. on April 27, a 2008 Ford F250 pickup truck was stolen from a business in the 2700 block of Skokie Valley Road.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE

A 2012 Volkswagen was reportedly keyed sometime between April 26 and 27 at 1:24 p.m. while parked in the 300 block of Park Avenue.
