A "Frozen" Frenzy Hits the Streets of Downtown Highland Park

A “Frozen” frenzy will hit the streets of Downtown Highland Park on Saturday, December 13th, from 10am-2pm, as Sprout Kids and Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore host a day of “Frozen-mania”. Attendees will have the chance to enter to win four tickets to the January 25, 2015 presentation of “Disney on Ice presents Frozen,” at Allstate Arena. The winner will be selected on December 24th.

“It’s no secret that Frozen continues to warm the hearts of moviegoers young and old,” says Pam Hillman, owner of Sprout Kids and Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore. “We are embracing the Frozen phenomenon with a day dedicated to this wonderful movie.”

Families are invited to come out dressed as their favorite Frozen character to experience a day filled with Frozen fun!

•10:30am - Elsa will kick-off the day as she hosts a fashion show at Sprout Kids, 644 Central Avenue, Downtown Highland Park, showcasing the hottest winter fashions to warm the kids all winter long.

•Starting at 11am - Sven the reindeer will be on the street in front of Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore, 654 Central Avenue, Downtown Highland Park, greeting children and posing for pictures!

•10-1pm, Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore will be featuring FREE Frozen inspired face painting by one of the beloved Frozen characters.

•10am-2pm
For those that want to catch another viewing of the movie Frozen, Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore will be showing it all day long.
An Olaf crafting themed creation station will be open all day long at Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore.
Both Sprout Kids and Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore will be sharing Frozen treats with guests.
