Kathy Sackheim and Linda Brodson, curators of Art wear unlimited, will offer
customers an opportunity to purchase show stopping, one-of-a-kind fashions, unique accessories
and statement jewelry in all styles and price ranges, created by some of the foremost wearable
artists in the United States. The new location has lots of room and enhances the visual
enjoyment of the shopping experience. In addition, there is easy access to major roadways and
abundant parking.
“Throughout the winter, Linda and I have been thinking spring, reconnecting with our
regular favorite artists and seeking out new ones to offer a truly exceptional show in our new
space,” stated Kathy Sackheim. “It has been a long winter and we want to help our clients
welcome the new season with outstanding colorful additions to their wardrobes. Many of our
favorite artists, including Laurie Danch, Joann Baumann Teri Jo Summer and Dressed to Kill
are returning and we’re thrilled to welcome talented new people who we know will delight our
fashion individualist shoppers.”
Artists include Suzi Click, a name that is well known in the fashion artisan world. Her line of apparel and accessories is created from luxurious embellished fabrics and trims collected from her frequent travels to exotic locations.
A wide range of range of vibrant, silk Shibori scarves and shawls, the work of Min Chiu, will be available. The magnificent colors and intricate pleating are guaranteed to brighten your wardrobe and your spirits.
Jackets styled and crafted by Teresa Maria Widuch will be available. Her wool felt and ultra suede one-of-a-kind wearable pieces with surprising lines and irresistible color combinations are a true enhancement to any women’s wardrobe. Her jackets are equally smashing over jeans or cocktail attire.
Artist Cherie Reckers, known for her paintings on silk that can be worn or actually framed will be featured this spring. Each piece is painted free hand without the use of resist or wax.
And, you’ll be very surprised when you learn about the work of Mau Schoettle. Her concept clothing is unique when it comes to style, design and material. It’s great for traveling!
Experienced personal shoppers will be on hand to help customers find the perfect wardrobe addition or gift. “We hope that our customers will have a totally lovely experience,” stated Linda Brodson. “We welcome people to browse and enjoy the art. We’re always happy to explain the work of each artist, allowing for a purchase, large or small, that will be something to be cherished for many years.”
