Highland Park Obituary: Elaine S. Ellbogen, 85

Elaine S. Ellbogen, age 85, of Highland Park, IL, daughter of Benjamin and Rosetta Slein, passed away on June 2, 2015. She is survived by her ex-husband and best friend, David F. Ellbogen of Northbrook, IL, two sons, Andrew and his wife Dana of Chicago, IL, and Thomas and his wife Cathy of Monroe, CT, and 3 grandchildren Lauren, Kate and Erin Ellbogen. Elaine was a graduate of Von Steuben High School and Roosevelt College – both in Chicago. In her early life she worked as an Account Executive for Dan Edelman Public Relations, one of the world’s largest and most innovative public relations firms. She was devoted to the arts and an avid collector. A memorial service and celebration of Elaine’s life is being held for family and friends Saturday, June 13th at 1:00 p.m. at 1280 Rudolph Road, Northbrook, IL, 60062.
