Toni Simpson Ballenger, 85, of Highland Park, IL passed away March 29, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Robert Ballenger; dear sister to Betty Duncan, Lou Hewitt, Inez Kemp, and Tommy Simpson; loving aunt of many great nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 10:30 am until time of funeral service 12:30 pm at Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd. Highland Park, IL.
