WARRANT - THEFT

Lewis Kaplan, 62, Deerfield turned himself in on an outstanding Highland Park warrant for theft at 2:49 p.m. on November 2.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Justin Marquez-Milam, 27, Evanston was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road at 5:13 p.m. on November 4.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Ruam Sammartino. 25, Gurnee was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended after police responded to a two car accident in the 3000 block of Skokie Valley Road at 9:23 a.m. on November 6.

THEFT

A concrete planter and a Halloween decoration were stolen from a residence in the 1400 block of Arbor Avenue sometime between October 31 and November 2.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:50 p.m. on November 4, unknown person(s) pried and kicked open a rear door to a residence in the 2900 block of Summit Avenue. The residence was ransacked. Cash and jewelry were reported taken.

THEFT

Sometime between November 3 and November 5, eight vans had their spare tires stolen while parked in a lot in the 2900 block of Skokie Valley Road.

Four incidents of burglaries to motor vehicles were also reported.
