Milwaukee Man In Crash Charged With Felony Drunk Driving: Blotter
A Barrington woman was charged with battery and a car was stolen from inside a garage on the Highland Park police blotter from March 5–11.

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following information comes from the Highland Park and Highwood police departments and public records as a record of incidents reported to the police and of those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt.
INCIDENTS
STOLEN CAR
Someone stole a car that had been left in an unlocked garage prior to 5 a.m. on March 6 in the 1200 block of Lynn Terrace.
THEFT
An employee of a business in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road reported around 2 p.m. on March 6 that someone had stolen about $235 worth of various electronic items at some point during regular business hours.

ARRESTS
Roscoe Harris, 57, of the 2100 block of N. 36th Street, Milwaukee, was arrested around 10 p.m. on March 4 and charged with felony drunk driving after police arrived at the scene of a traffic crash in the area of Skokie Valley Road and Park Avenue West. Harris faces charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol with a revoked license, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol with two or more prior convictions, misdemeanor DUI, and misdemeanor DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or above and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was also issued citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transpiration of alcohol.
Sean Tribble, 39, of the 600 block of Buckingham Court, Lake Forest, was arrested around 6 p.m. on March 10 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Clavey Road. He was also issued a citation for disobeying a stop sign.

A 31-year-old Highwood man was arrested at 9:19 a.m. on March 9 and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license following a traffic stop at the intersection of First Street and Elm Place. He was also issued a speeding ticket.
