Mom Made Everyone Feel Special

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — Peggy Erickson sent Patch this tribute to her mom as part of Patch's "Share Your Love For Mom" feature. Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 13.

I know everyone thinks their mom is the best, but my mom really was! She had 6 children, 16 grand children, 2 step grand children, 7 great grand children and 3 step great grand children. She made every one of those people (including me) feel like we were her favorite! Everyone who knew her loved her, she was a beautiful person inside and out! She passed away last August, so this will be our first Mother's Day without her, and she will definitely be missed by all!
