HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following information comes from the Highland Park Police Department as a record of incidents reported to the police and of those arrested by police. INCIDENTS
THEFT
Someone stole a package from the front porch of a home in the 1500 block of Robin Hood Place prior to the afternoon of June 29.

- A resident found graffiti on signs at a park in the 2700 block of Trail Way on the morning of June 29.
- Someone defaced the entrance to the bike path at Waukegan Avenue and Orchard Lane with graffiti some time prior to the morning of June 29.
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
A 31-year-old Winthrop Harbor man was arrested at 3:12 a.m. on June 26 and charged with driving with a revoked license after he was pulled over for speeding in the 1300 block of Half Day Road. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
