'The Simple Greek' Restaurant is Hiring for Highland Park Location

Full and part time openings are available at The Simple Greek, a Pennsylvania greek restaurant chain once featured on a CNBC reality series, as it expands to Highland Park.

“We are looking for individuals who like to have fun while working hard and want to be a part of our new team!” - was part of a post seeking applications on the Evanston Patch Facebook page on Thursday.

The Simple Greek was featured on “The Profit” in december of 2014. Then, show star Marcus Lemonis partnered with founders Michael Ference and Kathleen Kamouyerou-Ference to help turn around the business and take out a portion of ownership.

With their first location outside of the Pittsburgh-area to open soon at 478 Central Ave. in Highland Park, The Simple Greek is seeking those with:

• Experience working with food
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a smile
• Team skills. Those who are adaptable, dependable and with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to train on multiple stations, including cash register, line and prep.
