Social Wellness Is Key To Senior Health
Independent living facilities offer opportunities for seniors to actively engage in community

In addition to weekly exercise classes, yoga, seated exercises, balance and a walking club, they coordinate monthly health related lectures, an annual health fair, a Health & Wellness Week event, Freedom Home Care also leads a wellness group to educate and encourage a healthier approach to life.
