SPROUT KIDS IN HIGHLAND PARK HOLDS MODEL TRYOUTS FOR SPRING 2015 CHILDREN'S FASHION SHOW

Calling all kids who want to model! Sprout Kids is once again searching for the North Shore’s Next Top Children’s Model. After the success of the 2013 and 2014 modeling competitions and fashion shows, the upscale children’s boutique will be accepting modeling applications for its Spring 2015 children’s fashion show. Winners will walk the runway with the theme of “Fashion In Bloom” at 1pm on Saturday, March 21st at Sprout Kids (644 Central Avenue).

“We are so excited to continue the excitement of our Sprout Kids Fashion Shows,” says Pam Hillman, owner of Sprout Kids. “We have had some fabulous fashion forward kids come out on our runway. One in particular, whose face has graced an American Girl advertising campaign.”

Sprout Kids will be accepting walk-in auditions. Contestants are asked to come in their most fashion forward outfits and ready to smile for the camera. They will then fill out a form and have their photos taken on-site. Boys and girls, 2-8 years of age, are invited to strut their stuff in front of the camera at Sprout Kids from now until March 14th, when completed forms are due.

Up to twelve girls and boys aged 2-8 years will be chosen, in respective age groups of 2-4 years, 4-6 years, and 6-8 years. The winners will be judged by a panel of local stylists, and announced on March 16th. Outfit fittings will be held the week of the event.
