SPYRL Chicago Announces New Instructor & Continues to Grow

Welcoming SPYRL instructor Caitlin Foster to the team

HIGHLAND PARK, IL (MARCH 2018) – SPYRL Chicago, located in Downtown Highland Park, is proud to introduce their newest apprentice instructor: Caitlin Foster to their team. As SPYRL marks their one-year anniversary in Downtown Highland Park, they are proud to be bringing on new instructors to keep up with client demand, as word continues to get out about this revolutionary fitness movement system.

As an avid dancer with strong interests in health and wellness, Caitlin quickly found interest in the GYROTONIC® method in high school, as it enhanced her dance performance. “I found the GYROTONIC® technique greatly expanded my range of movement, increased my flexibility and improved my dancing skills and dance career immensely,” says Caitlin, SPYRL Chicago’s newest instructor.

Caitlin is from Chicago, Illinois, where she began her studies as a dancer attending The Chicago Academy for the Arts, a private arts high school located in downtown Chicago. She continued as a dance performance major at Northern Illinois University, where after graduation she was accepted into the scholarship/training program with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. She later went on to attend Pratt Institute to pursue a Master’s Degree in Dance Movement Therapy.
