Highland Park’s most festive weekend is kicking off early this year with the Taste of Highland Park opening at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 23rd on Central Street in Downtown Highland Park. Local businesses are encouraged to take their team to the Taste where they can enjoy lunch al fresco, live music and revel in the last days of summer with the Taste opening during the day on Friday for the first time ever. Enjoy food and libations from many of Highland Park's most notable restaurants, as well as live performances from celebrated bands and performers all weekend long at the Taste of Highland Park and the Port Clinton Art Festival.
The Taste kicks off Highland Park's most beloved event, the Port Clinton Art Festival, which takes place on Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Now celebrating 30 years, the Port Clinton Art Festival is currently rated as one of the Top Five art festival in the country and offers fine art from more than 260 of the world’s most celebrated artists. Throughout the weekend, festival-goers will have the opportunity to peruse and purchase original artwork offered by master artists from around the world, as well as enjoy fun art activities for kids, interactive art demos, the food and music at the Taste and much more.

The Taste opens Friday, August 23 at 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and continues Saturday, August 24 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, as well as Sunday, August 25 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Port Clinton Art Festival takes place on Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
