The new Erie HealthReach Waukegan Health Center is open and ready for back to school shots, sports physicals, dental checks, more
HealthReach was a 2012 Foundation Grant Recipient and Foundation staff got a behind-the-scenes tour of the beautiful new facility located at 2323 Grand Avenue in Waukegan (between N. McAree and N. Lewis streets).
Our tour guides were Grants and Community Engagement Manager Melissa Albach and Chief Operating Officer Iliana Mora who showed us the ins-and-outs of this sparkling 25,500 square-foot state-of-the-art health center.
Call them to set up an appointment: they take private insurance and public insurance and best of all -- NO ONE IS EVER DENIED CARE DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY.
