All three are charged with first-degree murder in what prosecutors call a drug-related robbery. The defendants are accused of setting up a marijuana deal with Nutter, a 20-year-old Highland Park resident, who was shot and died of a gunshot wound to the head while all four were in a vehicle. Nutter’s body was found on June 3, 2013 just off the Edens Expressway in Wilmette.
