Witnesses Allowed to Testify in Chiropractor's Sexual Abuse Trial
Two of five former patients granted to testify.

Two former patients of a Highland Park chiropractor accused of sexually abusing a patient last June will be allowed to testify at his trial.
A Lake County judge ruled this week two of five potential witnesses will be allowed to testify at the trial of 39-year-old Kevin Dutton, of Chicago - now set to begin on August 31 - the Lake County News-Sun reports.

Dutton faces felony charges of criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse in relation to an accusation he sexually abused a 23-year-old Lake Forest woman who was a patient at the Wellness Circle in Highland Park.
According to the News-Sun, the two witnesses allowed by a judge to testify claim that “direct sexual contact was made during massage treatment.”
