Man Involved in Domestic Dispute Had Heroin: Cops

A Highland Park man is charged with aggravated battery to a police officer and other charges following an alleged domestic dispute at his residence.

According to a police report, Griffin Condon, 29, of the 1200 block of Forest Avenue, was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and disorderly conduct for threatening bodily harm to a family member after police responded to the dispute at 9:02 p.m. on May 31.

Condon was transported to bond court in Waukegan pending court date.
