You're Invited: 17th Annual Rotary Club Golf Tournament At HPCC
Play 18 holes of golf Friday to benefit youth scholarships and local charities sponsored by the Rotary Club.

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The Rotary Club of Highland Park/Highwood invites you to participate in their 17th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, August 4th at the Highland Park Country Club. This event benefits youth scholarships and local charities sponsored by the Rotary Club.
Over the years, event chair Jim Berardi has seen lots of changes to the Tournament. Two things have never changed though– the commitment and drive to raise money for youth programs and…the fun!
As a member of the HP/HW Rotary Club, he found a way to make his love of golf become the answer to a need: how to generate funds for the Rotary Club’s youth programs. Those programs include an exclusive exchange program between the Highland Park Rotary Club and the Belfast Rotary Club, called TABU (Toward A Better Understanding), leadership building (RYLA – Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) and developing future Rotarians through the Interact Club at HPHS. This year the Club’s Scholarship Program gave out $15,000 in scholarships to HPHS students headed to college in the fall.
