2nd Man Arrested In Hinsdale-Area Woman's Death
The man is accused of supplying the fentanyl that killed the woman, authorities said.

HINSDALE, IL – A second man has been charged in connection with the overdose death of a Hinsdale-area woman, authorities said Sunday.
Bishop Moore, 62, of Oak Park, is accused of supplying fentanyl to an acquaintance, who, in turn, gave it to his girlfriend, resulting in the overdose, prosecutors said.
Moore was charged with drug-induced homicide.

Last week, the woman's boyfriend, Sergius Harty, 29, of Glen Ellyn, was arrested on the same charge.
On Nov. 5, DuPage County sheriff's deputies responded to a call about an unresponsive woman, later identified as 28-year-old Margaret McCabe, in unincorporated Clarendon Hills, according to a news release from the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office. She was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

An investigation into McCabe's death found she died of fentanyl intoxication, prosecutors said.
Earlier on Nov. 5, McCabe traveled with Harty to Chicago to buy narcotics, the release said. Harty bought several bags of narcotics from Moore and gave one bag of fentanyl to McCabe, prosecutors said. When she returned home, McCabe ingested the fentanyl given to her by Harty.
Moore was arrested Friday without any problems, with his bond set at $350,000, prosecutors said. Harty's bond was $500,000.
“As I said earlier, the only way to stop this heartbreaking, senseless loss of life is to hold those who supply fatal doses of narcotics responsible,” DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said in the news release.
McCabe's obituary listed her as a Hinsdale resident, but the news release said she was living in unincorporated Clarendon Hills.
