Annual Daisy Dash Held In Clarendon Hills

CLARENDON HILLS, IL — Clarendon Hills will host the annual Daisy Dash 5K walk and run, and the 1K kids run on Sunday, June 18. According to a release, the run will be held from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., and will start and finish downtown on Prospect Avenue.

Some residents south of the Burlington Northern Tracks will be affected by race routes, according to a release. The actual race will be held from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., but early morning closures will start at 6:30 a.m. and roadways will be reopened to the public by 11:30 a.m.

According to a release, there will be parking restrictions put into place on both sides of Western Avenue from Colfax to Ruby starting on Friday, June 16 and removed on Monday, June 19.
