U.S. stocks closed out the week on another historic high advancing 5 days in a row. The DJIA moved 2.18% higher for the week ending at a record 14,397. The stock market strength was fueled by an unexpectedly strong jobs number released Friday morning. The economy generated 236,000 new jobs of which 48,000 came from the construction industry, an encouraging positve sign for the recovering economy. The unemployment rate dropped to 7.7% down from 7.9%.
