CHMS Students Shine in "Once Upon A Mattress"

Clarendon Hills Middle School proudly presented “Once Upon a Mattress” to audiences on March 18, 19, and 20. Music Director Jerra Haggar explains that the musical is based on the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale “The Princess and the Pea.” More than 27 students participated as cast members in this year’s show, including: Ava Severts, Abby Chute, Michael Easley, Emily Condon, Hardy Welch, Katie Trott, Jackson Hughes, Halle Knutson, McKenna Revord, Emma Gordon, Charlie Cave, Emily Goggin, Madeline Tallard, Hannah Kiperman, Grace Gits, Halle Knutson, Ali Augustyn, Meredith Callahan, Cande Campbell, Quintin Craig, Cole Heider, Sarah Holland, Anna Langan, Riley O’Connor, Lauren Oleferchik, Anuiha Parvanteni, and Emily Venis. The following students were members of the show crew: Elizabeth Litwin, Annika Agrawal, Ethan Ruth, Lily Hart, and Addie Li. Ms. Cyndy Soumar served as Drama Director, Haggar was the Music Director, and Ms. Jacqueline Schultz served as Choreographer.
