Vision problems can be a roadblock to reading and comprehension. Attend this talk to hear Dr. Spokas explain how & what can be done.

Does your child:
- Spend hours to do 20 minutes of homework
- Complain words move or jiggle on the page
- Skip words or lines when reading out loud
- Overlook or misread short words
- Reverse letters and/or words in writing and copying
- Read and reread in order to gain comprehension
- Fail to recognize same word in next sentence
- Not work up to their potential
It could be a correctable vision problem. 80% of what we learn is through the vision system. If it is not working properly, it can hinder the learning process. 20/20 is simply the clarity of our eyesight. Vision is much, much more!
It is estimated that 1 in 4 children today have an undiagnosed vision problem that interferes with their ability to read, to learn, to comprehend, and even to pay attention. And as many as 60% of children that have a reading disability may have an undiagnosed vision problem that is a complicating factor.
