Downers Grove Man Violates Protection Order: Cops

HINSDALE, IL – A Downers Grove man is accused of violating an order of protection, authorities said.

Michael L. Gress, 38, who lives in the 1100 block of 61st Street, was taken to the DuPage County Jail, police said.

On July 31, Gress emailed a victim of an active order of protection that had been served to Gress, police said.

He was arrested last week at the Hinsdale police station.
