Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills Pools Offer Daily Rates to Beat the Coming Heat
Temperatures to hit 90 degrees for six straight days, possibly 100 on Thursday.
With temperatures predicted to hit 90 degrees for six straight days starting tomorrow, residents can take advantage of daily passes from pools in Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills.
The Clarendon Hills Park District’s Lions Park Pool, 100 Byrd Court, charges residents $8 for adults and $5 for children age 12 and under. Non-residents are charged $12 for adults and $7 for children age 12 and under.
All senior citizens pay $5 per person.

The Lions Park pool is available for open swim between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. every day. The aquatics center includes a new water play feature for younger children; a water slide; six lap lanes; a baby pool; zero-depth entry area for toddlers; sand volleyball court; deck furnishings; and a concession stand.
The Hinsdale Community Pool, 500 W. Hinsdale Ave., charges daily admission rates to residents of $9 for adults and $7 for children. Non-resident rates are $14 for adults and $9 for children.

The pool is open from 12:30 to 8 p.m. weekdays and noon to 8 p.m. on weekends.
