Prosecutors alleged Greager removed more moles from patients than were medically necessary and then dictated notes and provided paperwork to employees to submit fraudulent claims for reimbursement, authorities said.
The crimes were reported to have occurred from 2015 to 2021.
Greager's arraignment has not been set.
Health care fraud is punishable by a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
