Hinsdale Man Accused Of Assault: Cops

Police said they were called to a disturbance at a local park.

HINSDALE, IL – A Hinsdale man was arrested on a charge of assault last week.

Andrew A. Bitautas, 24, who lives in the 400 block of South Garfield Avenue, was released and given a date to appear in court, police said.

Police said they were called to a disturbance at Burlington Park in the 10 block of East Chicago Avenue. They said Bitautas made contact of an "insulting or provoking nature" with a youth.
