Hinsdale Murder: Person Of Interest Questioned: Reports

A person of interest was questioned in relation to the murder of Andrea Urban, according to several news sources.

HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale Police were questioning a person of interest in relation to the May 4 murder of 51-year-old Andrea Urban, according to several news sources. Urban was found dead of multiple blunt force trauma in her Hinsdale home three weeks ago.

ABC reported that sources had told them police were questioning a person of interest. Several other news organizations, including Fox and CBS, also reported that sources told them police were questioning a "suspect."

Hinsdale Police did not respond to a request for confirmation of the reports.

Patch obtained a police bulletin Tuesday night in which police were looking for a person of interest in the case. The person was described as a black male in black skinny jeans and a black hoodie. According to that bulletin, police were also searching for a vehicle of interest, a Dodge Charger.

Earlier this month, Hinsdale Police had asked for patience in the case. According to a release, they had submitted ample physical evidence from Urban's home, as well as several electronic devices owned by Urban.
