Hinsdale Restaurant Sells Alcohol To Minor: Cops
This is the second week in a row that police conducted a controlled buy.
ELMHURST, IL — An employee at Casa Margarita restaurant was cited last week on a charge of unlawfully selling alcohol to a person under 21.
According to a police report, officers conducted a controlled buy of alcohol last Thursday at Casa Margarita, 21 E. Hinsdale Ave. Esmeralda Garcia Garduno, 32, of Bolingbrook, was given a citation, police said. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
The week before, Hinsdale police cited a clerk at a store on the same charge.
