Shortly before she arrived home, Hinsdale police received a call from Aurora police that Mullarkey had left the Aurora Country Club, where she attended a swim meet. She was suspected of domestic battery, hitting her ex-husband with her car, police said.

When Mullarkey got home, an officer was waiting. She parked in her garage.

The officer repeatedly asked Mullarkey to get out of the car because she was under arrest, but she refused, police said. She closed the garage door and declined the officer's requests to open it.

When another officer arrived, both tried to remove Mullarkey from her car. But she resisted, insisting she needed to call her lawyer before getting into a squad car, police said.

When one of the officers went to retrieve ankle restraints, Mullarkey told the other, "F--- you, f--- you. You piece of s---. You know what? You are the piece of dirt that I wouldn't p--- on if you were on fire," according to the report.

The officer said he could smell alcohol on her breath.

"No, that's my p---. I'm p------ on you," she was quoted as saying.

After the other officer returned, they got her in a squad car.

Mullarkey could be heard talking in the squad car. She was believed to have a phone on her.

Officers then stood her up outside the car to see whether she had a phone, but she twisted and flailed her body to prevent a search, police said. It turned out she was speaking with someone on her Apple Watch, police said.

While an officer tried to remove her watch, Mullarkey opened her mouth wide and moved downward in an attempt to bite him on his left hand or wrist, according to the report.

Officers told her to sit back in the squad car nearly a dozen times. She refused, the report said. Despite resistance, they were able to get her back in, police said.

According to the report, she told one of the officers, "You are dead. You are getting sued, f--- face. F--- face is getting sued. You're a f-----."

Once at the police station, Mullarkey refused to walk inside, saying officers must carry her. Three officers did so.

Police obtained a search warrant and obtained her blood and urine samples.

Mullarkey was later taken to the DuPage County Jail without any problems.
