Houses Planned Along Hinsdale's Ogden Avenue
A developer is asking to convert vacant land into code-compliant lots.

HINSDALE, IL – A developer is planning to convert vacant land along Hinsdale's Ogden Avenue into two houses.
The land in question is at 218 W. Ogden Ave., the old site of the Hinsdale Animal Hospital, according to village documents.
On Wednesday, the village's Plan Commission is set to look at Kal Development's request to subdivide four existing non-conforming lots into two code-compliant lots.

According to village documents, the developer plans to build two houses on the land in the future, but has no current plan to redevelop it.
The land will remain vacant until the village approves building permits, the documents state.

In the records, Abbas Al-Qamari is listed as being with Kal Development. He is based at a residential address in downtown Chicago, according to the Secretary of State's Office's corporation database.
