Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford attended the Hinsdale Rotary Club luncheon on October 4th. Rutherford addressed the crowd and had his I-Cash program set-up to help Illinoisans reconnect with their unclaimed property. The event was a great success with 30 percent of the participants finding that the state was holding onto their unclaimed property!
