Man Arrested In Hinsdale For Stolen Car: Cops
The man was also accused of unlawful use of a weapon, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – In the last few days, Hinsdale police handled cases involving a stolen car, a DUI, retail theft and a hit-and-run crash. Here is information from the reports:
Stolen car
- Davion D. Johnson-Lewis, 27, of Hinsdale, was arrested about 9 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Ogden Avenue on a charge of felony possession of a stolen vehicle and unlawful use of a weapon. Police said they stopped Johnson-Lewis for a registration inquiry when they discovered the car was stolen in Chicago. Johnson-Lewis was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
DUI

- Tiara B. Colbert, 32, of Hanover Park, was arrested about 4 a.m. Friday at Route 83 and 55th Street on charges of DUI, unlawful possessing marijuana as a driver, speeding, driving an uninsured vehicle, failing to signal while changing lanes, improperly using lanes and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Colbert submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
Retail theft
- A person stole about $125 of merchandise about 2 p.m. Saturday at Whole Foods, 500 E. Ogden Ave. The person then fled the area. Police said the suspect was known. The case is pending.

- A woman told police that a person driving a black Volkswagen rear-ended her and then fled about 11 p.m. Saturday at Ogden Avenue and Madison Street. No injuries were reported. The suspect is known. The case is pending.
